"I bought a Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O. this spring. I could not be happier with it. This is for Steve in sales, Kyle in service, and the guys in parts, Keep it up. I could not have had a better buying experience any where. When I bought my ATV they didnt have the color i wanted in stock, but they found me one by the time i walked out. I also have to give my praises to the guys down at kennsington motor sports,(us27 sister store) when i went to pick up my machine they treated me as i had bought it from them. I hope this Polaris lasts me a long time, but when it is time to replace it, I know where i will be buying!"

"I come out to MI. once a year and have to stop by this great dealership. I can get stuff that we don't have in Califofrnia. ie Snowmobile things. everyone is very nice and very helpful. even my 81 year old Dad enjoys coming in and he dosn't like motorcycles. Shane was very helpful to me and my wife and we can not wait to come back to MI. agaian stop by. Truelly you have one of the best dealerships around !!!"

"I recently purchased a Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O. from them. It all started with an online application followed by a call from Matt. I was given a price well below what dealers more local to me had given. So I made the hour drive up and was amazed at all the friendly staff, from sales, service and parts. I guess I liked it so much that I purchased a trailer from them as well. I will recommend Matt and US27 Power Sports to anyone looking for an ATV or anything of the sort. No pressure sales, love it!! "Thank you Thank you, The Day before Thanksgiving, I was traveling down from st Ignace to Mason. I was Dragging a trailer and the trailer lights went out. I stopped at a ford dealership but they said they didn't have time to help me. So I continued Downstate,Praying I wouldn't get rear ended or get a ticket. I had purchased some parts for my 4-wheeler at your store , previously. I thought I might try to see if someone there might check my trailer lights. I was so amazed by the wonderful service I received. First of all It is usually not a good experience for me at a male orientated place,But not at your store! I was immediately greeted with a smile at the door and then courteously ushered to the Service department. I waited about 2 minutes before Scott asked how he could help me. He quickly went out to my car and discovered what was wrong and even though he didn't have the exact part, He found one that he thought would work. I was sent inside to keep warm while he worked on it. For a very short time. I arrived safely at mason,and totally Unstressed!!! Everyone of your staff persons was courteous and cheerful!!! Whatever you are doing to keep them so happy ,KEEP DOING IT!! Your service department was a real blessing to me and a answer to prayer, god bless and thanks again. , sincerely, Vernice "
